What to Expect at a Rise Up For You Event
Every Rise Up For You event is built on the RISE Power Up Method®, the company’s proprietary four-pillar framework covering Self-Confidence, Emotional Intelligence, Transformational Leadership, and Influential Communication. Sessions are interactive rather than lecture-based, and participants leave with tools they can apply the following week.
Programming is SHRM-certified, so attendees earn Professional Development Credits toward SHRM recertification. Events run in person and virtually across the United States and Canada, and the same four pillars are delivered privately for organizations that want to train a full leadership team rather than send individuals to a public session.
