Three days to master the Power Up Method and become a certified world‑class soft skills trainer.
The Rise Up For You Soft Skills Power Up Certification is an intensive 3‑day, train‑the‑trainer experience for coaches, trainers, and facilitators who want to deliver world‑class soft skills transformation and unlock new career and business opportunities.
Over three immersive days, you’ll go through the full Power Up method as a participant, then step behind the curtain to learn how to confidently teach and facilitate it for others. You’ll deepen your own mastery of self‑confidence, emotional intelligence, transformational leadership, and influential communication, while practicing how to coach, train, and lead the room with real‑time feedback.
By the end of the certification, you will be able to:
- Deliver the complete Power Up curriculum to individuals, teams, and organizations.
- Lead powerful discussions, experiential exercises, and emotional breakthroughs safely and effectively.
- Coach leaders and entrepreneurs to shift beliefs, build resilience, and communicate with influence.
- Integrate the Power Up method into your existing coaching, training, or consulting offers to increase impact and results.
After certification, you’ll have two powerful paths to make an impact:
- Apply to become a Rise Up For You Certified Trainer and potentially join our delivery team to represent the brand and lead Power Up experiences around the world.
- License the Power Up content and run the methodology independently in your own business, serving your clients and community as an entrepreneur and changemaker.
