MEMBER LIVE: The Leader Within: Discover Your Performance Persona

Every leader has a performance persona, whether it is intentional or not.
This members-only live session helps members uncover the leader within by identifying and understanding their unique performance persona and how it shows up in moments that matter most.

Led by Ricardo Villalobos, Executive Coach and Trainer, this session explores how identity, mindset, and behavior intersect to shape leadership presence, influence, and performance. Members will gain insight into how their internal drivers affect how they lead, communicate, and respond under pressure.

This session is designed for members who want to:

• Discover their natural leadership style and performance patterns
• Understand how they show up in high-pressure or high-visibility moments
• Strengthen confidence and presence without forcing a persona
• Align leadership behavior with values and strengths
• Improve consistency and effectiveness in decision-making
• Lead more authentically and intentionally

This is not about creating a new personality or performing for others. It is about recognizing the leadership persona that already exists and refining it so performance feels natural, grounded, and effective.

When leaders understand who they are at their best, performance becomes more consistent and influence becomes more authentic.

If you are ready to uncover your leadership persona and lead with greater clarity, confidence, and intention, this Member Live session is for you.
